This policy explains what Merkaba Creatives collects when you use this website, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this site specifically — not our client engagements, which are governed by the contract we sign with you.
The short version. We don't sell your data. The site has no advertising trackers. The one place we collect something genuinely sensitive is the voice agent, which records your microphone and sends it to a third party — and it never turns on until you explicitly agree.

The "Book a Pipeline Audit" button starts a live voice conversation with an AI agent. Because this is the most invasive thing on the site, it is worth being precise about it.
If you would rather not use a microphone, email us instead. You get the same audit.
Whatever you choose to tell us — by email, or during a voice conversation. Typically your name, contact details, and what you're trying to fix in your business.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, and the referring page. These are used for security and to keep the site working. We do not build advertising profiles from them.
The site stores a small number of preferences in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. At present this is limited to whether you have accepted the microphone notice, so you aren't asked repeatedly. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Loading this page causes your browser to contact several other companies. Each receives your IP address and basic request information as a technical necessity of serving files.

We don't control these companies' own practices. If you want to avoid them entirely, a content blocker or privacy-focused browser will prevent most from loading, though parts of the site may not display correctly.
Enquiries and voice transcripts are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule, typically a few months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies and our lawful bases are your consent (for the voice agent) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries. If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA apply; note that we do not sell personal information as those laws define it.
To exercise any right, email hello@merkabacreatives.org. We'll respond within the period the applicable law requires, generally 30 to 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
We operate from the United States, and the services above are largely US-based. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send us anything highly sensitive through a web form or a voice conversation.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle the voice agent will also reset the consent notice, so you'll be asked again.
